This hand printed paper print is made using a Mexican raw copper round drypoint etched plate. This piece was inspired by a derelict Rail house we discovered when getting lost out on a long walk. Teapots, wallpaper and the cast iron stove still remained amongst the collapsed floors and ceilings. Seeing nature hugging the fragile structure, in some places supporting while in others nature slowly consumes was something to be shared.

The frame gives a unique and modern alternative to traditional frames, giving the viewer a closer uninterrupted experience of the ink and tactile deckled edged paper. The work is light and easy to hang.
