Liminality Series

Hand drawn and painted on 50cm circular birch plywood, Full Immersion explores the act of surrendering completely to a moment of transition. A figure is submerged beneath the surface, held within the shifting movement of water, where boundaries between body, reflection and environment begin to blur.

Part of the Liminality Series, this work reflects on states of change, renewal and quiet transformation — the threshold moments where we are altered by what we move through. The natural grain of the birch plywood remains visible, adding depth and texture to the water-like surface.
